CeeBee Air Conditioning provides a full range of HVAC services including air conditioning repair, installation, and maintenance; heating and heat pump repair and installation; indoor air quality solutions such as whole-home air purifiers, UV lights, and dehumidifiers; and Trane products including air handlers, package units, and smart thermostats. We service all brands and welcome both residential and commercial customers throughout Central Florida.

What areas do you serve?

We proudly serve Orange, Seminole, Lake, and Volusia Counties, including Apopka, Orlando, Altamonte Springs, Mount Dora, Clermont, and DeLand.

Do you offer emergency service?

Air Conditioning

How do I know if I need AC repair or replacement?

Several signs point toward repair or replacement: your system is more than 10-15 years old, energy bills are climbing without a clear cause, you're facing frequent or increasingly expensive repairs, or your home has uneven cooling and humidity issues. Our technicians will give you an honest assessment — we never push a replacement when a repair will do the job.

How often should I service my AC in Central Florida?

Given our long cooling season and humidity, we recommend professional AC maintenance at least once a year, ideally in spring before the heat sets in. Routine tune-ups keep your system efficient, reduce energy bills, and help prevent breakdowns during the hottest months.

What brands do you install and service?

We service all brands, including Trane, Ruud, Rheem, Carrier, Lennox, Bryant, Amana, Goodman, York, Comfortmaker, Heil, American Standard, Coleman, Tempstar, and Day & Night. As a Trane dealer, we also install and service Trane air conditioners, air handlers, package units, and thermostats directly.

Why is my AC running but not cooling?

This is usually caused by a dirty air filter restricting airflow, low refrigerant from a leak, a frozen evaporator coil, or a failing component. How do I choose the right size AC for my home?

Choosing the right AC size requires a professional load calculation that factors in your home's square footage, insulation, window placement, ductwork, and Central Florida's climate. Heating

Do I really need a heating system in Central Florida?

Yes — while our winters are mild, temperatures regularly dip into the 40s and 50s, and cold snaps do happen. Most Central Florida homes use a heat pump, which handles both cooling and heating in one system, so you likely already have heating capability built into your AC.

What type of heating system is best for our climate?

For most Central Florida homes, a heat pump is the best option because it delivers both cooling and heating in a single, energy-efficient system — no furnace or boiler needed. We install and service heat pumps from Trane and all major brands.

How often should my heat pump be serviced?

We recommend service at least once a year. Since most homes here use a heat pump for both heating and cooling, keeping up with maintenance ensures the system performs reliably in both modes.

Why is my heat pump blowing cold air on heat mode?

Are smart thermostats worth the investment?

Absolutely. A smart thermostat can help lower your annual cooling and heating costs by learning your schedule and optimizing run times. We install Trane's ComfortLink II thermostats as well as other smart thermostat options, and can recommend the best fit for your system.
